The unofficial, unhinged, and absolutely unstoppable Real Housewives of Triumph Studios.

Born in a pitch black workout room, bonded through burpees and bear crawls, and powered entirely by Pink Pony Club, RHOTS is a six-woman sisterhood that has perfected the art of arriving tired, sweating fiercely, and always showing up for each other.

RHOTS
/rots/ noun

  1. A tribe of six middle-aged women formed accidentally at Triumph Studios and now impossible to break apart.

  2. Women who show up for 5 a.m. workouts tired, sweaty, caffeinated, and slightly unhinged… yet still functioning adults by sunrise.

  3. Known for surviving workouts, lifting each other up, and having absolutely no filter in the group chat.

  4. Loyalty levels: elite. Coordination levels: questionable.

  5. Fueled by sweat, sarcasm, and the confidence we gain when Pink Pony Club plays.
