Real Housewives of Triumph Studios is a six-woman sisterhood that was established accidentally in the dark, early-morning workout rooms of Triumph Studios.

What started as strangers showing up for 5 a.m. bootcamp quickly turned into something more: a group built on sweat, sarcasm, consistency, and showing up for each other both in workouts and in life.

We believe strength comes in many forms, laughter is essential, and sarcasm is a love language. Our anthem is Pink Pony Club, our group chat is unhinged, and our loyalty to each other is unmatched.

The Fine Print

RHOTS is a closed group, there are only six of us. That said, this space is open to anyone who enjoys watching strong women show up, cheer each other on, and embrace the chaos that comes with doing hard things together.

This site is our digital home base.
A place to collect memories, inside jokes, photos, stories, and maybe someday… merch (no promises).

Mostly, it’s here to remind us and anyone reading that finding your people changes everything.
